About the job

To support our internal sales department, we are looking for the Regional Directorate Zurich, immediately or by arrangement, an Internal Sales Employee (m/f/d).
 

What you can achieve:

• From telephone contact to sending the order confirmation: You process and coordinate the versatile, administrative daily business of our customer concerns
• As a contact person, you are the interface to internal offices and departments
• You provide competent support to our managers and customer advisors
• Together with your team members, you ensure the smooth running of all processes

What you bring:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• Thanks to your several years of professional experience in customer service, you master everyday life with us confidently
• Through your independent, reliable and structured way of working, you always keep an overview
• Your service orientation and hands-on mentality distinguish you
• You skilfully apply your flair for organisational and administrative tasks
