Area of responsibility

Processing customer orders from order entry, internal documentation to delivery and invoicing

Monitoring on-time delivery through close cooperation with planning, purchasing, quality control, and warehouse

Coordination of print data changes (Artwork Changes)

Customer communication and contact person for order-related questions as well as customer complaints

Obtaining, recording, and monitoring customer forecasts

Participation in cross-departmental projects and process optimizations

Your profile

Completed commercial apprenticeship

At least 3 years of experience in supply chain operations in the pharmaceutical industry

Motivated and open personality who enjoys working with both internal and external customers

Very good German and English skills, spoken and written

Good MS Office skills

Team-oriented behavior as well as good communication skills

Entrepreneurial thinking and business understanding

Independent, solution-oriented, and reliable working style
