Position: AI Agent Development Intern (Business Development)

Location: Boncourt

Within the AIB team (Anticipation, Innovation, Business Development), you will contribute to the development of a genuine AI Business Development Assistant designed to automate the creation of strategic, technical, and commercial content. You will also participate in the team’s sales, prospecting, and innovation activities.

The objective of the internship is to design agents and tools based on artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of Business Development teams in their prospecting, reporting, and management activities.

· Design AI agents enabling Business Development teams to gain efficiency in their prospecting activities.

o Automatic creation of datasheets

o Semi-automatic creation of PowerPoint presentations

o Semi-automatic creation of market analyses

o Participate in several client visits to test the agents, evaluate the generated results, and provide necessary corrections.

· Design dashboards to format information from various databases and improve the efficiency of reporting activities.

· Develop management tools to plan the team’s activities over a one-year period.

· Ensure the maintainability of the developed tools over time.

Depending on the project’s progress, you may also design an agent allowing Business Development teams to easily print mock-ups on 3D printers without using a design tool such as SolidWorks.

To successfully carry out these activities, you will use the following technologies and tools: Visual Studio Code, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, Python, SharePoint, and CRM.

· Knowledge in artificial intelligence, programming, and data exploitation.

· Knowledge of and interest in automation tools.

· Basics in mechatronics to understand the topics addressed and generate relevant technical content such as datasheets, presentations, innovation reports, and commercial materials.

· Ability to understand user needs and translate them into concrete solutions.

· Analytical mindset, autonomy, and curiosity.

· Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with internal teams.

· Engineering student in the final year of training (Master’s level or equivalent), specialising in artificial intelligence, data science, or mechatronics.
