About the job

• Lead a team of planning engineers and technical draughtspersons strategically, professionally and personally.
• Be responsible for the execution planning of heat network projects and ensure their quality and feasibility.
• Develop standards, guidelines and efficient planning processes as well as actively drive changes and optimisations in the area.
• Assign planning work internally or externally and support tenders.
• Coordinate agreements with the civil engineering office, authorities, partners and internal interfaces and contribute with the team to timely implementation.

• Plenty of experience in managing large projects in civil engineering, pipeline construction or a comparable environment.
• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar.
• Competence to further develop processes and implement changes sustainably.
• Natural leadership attitude with the ability to balance enabling and enforcing.
• You are skilled at uniting different personalities and perspectives and fostering productive collaboration even in demanding conversations.
