The "Facilities Network North Surselva" team consists of about 20 employees and is distributed across the locations Ilanz and Disentis. The team is responsible for the construction, inspection and maintenance of production and network facilities in our distribution network.

What you will do

• Planning, coordination and supervision of the maintenance of our facilities as well as ensuring rapid and safe fault rectification
• Implementation of repairs and renewals as well as decommissioning in close cooperation and coordination with internal specialist departments
• Participation in projects as well as contributing operational requirements and regional framework conditions
• Assuming the personnel and technical leadership of the two teams in Disentis and Ilanz and promoting the professional as well as personal development of the employees. In addition, you will be involved in recruiting new employees.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, implementing measures of internal processes (IMS) and promoting an active safety culture
• Continuous optimisation of workflows as well as efficient and cost-conscious use of resources

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a network electrician EFZ, electrical installer EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Completed further training as a network specialist (federal professional examination) or equivalent education
• Further training as a master network electrician or an equivalent higher professional education is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3–5 years) as well as at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Very good German skills; knowledge of Romansh is an advantage. Other language skills are welcome.
• Independent, communicative and responsible personality with pronounced professional and organisational thinking skills
• Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 1–2 days per week)
