Sales Representatives in Field Service - East Switzerland and Ticino
As our new sales personality, you will be on the road from Lugano to Chur to Winterthur – and not on foot: A company vehicle is ready for your customer visits. Your mission? To showcase our strong products in the right light and ensure that our trading partners are not just satisfied, but enthusiastic.
Your tasks – never boring:
- Care and expansion of existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers
- Targeted area and visit planning based on assigned customer classes
- Annual budgeting for assigned customers
- Maintenance of activities and master data in the CRM
- Co-designing actions and activities
- Advising trading partners regarding their product range design
- Identifying market developments
What you bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales – you know how to convince people
- Ideally, you are familiar with construction or related industries
- German? You master it in writing and orally. Italian skills? A big plus.
- Excel, ERP (e.g., Navision or SAP), and CRM systems are not foreign words to you
- You are service-oriented and hungry for success and want to not just meet sales targets – but exceed them!
