Job Description
- Independent operation of punching and press brakes
- Monitoring and ensuring a smooth production process
- Reading and implementing technical drawings and manufacturing documents
- Ensuring the required quality standards
- Adhering to safety, quality, and work regulations
- Supporting other production machines during staff shortages or increased workload
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows

We Expect
- Completed vocational training in the mechanical field or experience in industrial production
- Experience in operating and ideally setting up punching presses is an advantage
- Technical understanding and experience in reading technical drawings
- Independent, precise, and quality-conscious working style
- Team player with high reliability
- Flexible and resilient personality
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
