Property Manager 80-100 %

Your tasks

• Organisation and execution of the technical and administrative management of the assigned rental properties (residential and commercial)
• Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen, including representation before the conciliation authority
• Preparing rental contracts, amendments, rent adjustments, and tenancy-related correspondence
• Conducting apartment inspections and handovers
• Planning, awarding, and supervising maintenance and repair work
• Preparing budgets, owner reports, as well as control and condition reports
• Assisting with heating and ancillary cost statements as well as in dunning and debt collection

Your profile

• Property manager with a federal diploma
• Experience in comprehensive management of residential and commercial properties
• Sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• Polished and confident manners
• Communication skills and organisational talent, independent and structured working style
• Team player with a quick grasp
• Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of Garaio REM or comparable ERP software is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
