Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing as Turner and Driller

Activities

Manufacturing of individual parts and small series including operation and setup of modern CNC and 5-axis machines
Execution of conventional machining processes (turning, drilling) as well as programming/optimization with Mastercam (optional)
Ensuring quality by inspecting workpieces according to specifications
Participation in the development of fixtures and in continuous improvements (CIP)
Maintenance and servicing of the machine park according to plan

Requirements

Training as a polymechanic with a focus on manufacturing as well as experience in the CNC area
Good knowledge of CNC programming (preferably Mastercam) and MS Office
Strong spatial imagination
Reliable, flexible and responsible way of working
Teamwork skills as well as good German language skills in spoken and written form
