Type of Work

• You support the trust mandate managers in daily business
• You reconcile book inventories with the target inventories of supplier invoices
• You identify discrepancies, post them, and report them directly to the mandate management
• You calculate and post balance sheet accruals on key dates
• You independently reconcile open items
• You keep an eye on logistics invoice verification and report missing goods receipts

Requirements Profile

• You have completed your commercial apprenticeship (EFZ)
• You bring your (first) experience in finance or trust area
• You speak German fluently for negotiations, French complements your profile
• Systems and numbers, who says one cannot go without the other? For you, both go hand in hand
