The Reporting & Services Unit is looking for a personality as Specialist Reporting & Data Management 80% from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.
As a professionally convincing personality, you are responsible for performance and financial data collection as well as reporting for the SRK network. You create transparency, develop decision-making bases for committees and stakeholders, and promote collaboration within the SRK network.
What you can achieve
- Responsibility for the collection, quality assurance and continuous development of performance and financial data of the Cantonal Red Cross Associations as well as the rescue organisations
- Responsibility for the reporting of the SRK network, including the creation and further development of reports, analyses and decision-making bases for various committees
- Responsibility for managing processes related to financial aid as well as performance controlling
- Responsibility for the risk management report of the SRK network, including communication with member organisations, completion of the report and submission to the Committee of Cantonal Associations and the Red Cross Council
- Maintenance and expansion of an effective network within the Swiss Red Cross and with external partners, ensuring knowledge transfer as well as induction of new financial officers of the member organisations
What you bring with you
- Higher education in business administration, finance, controlling, business informatics, data management or a comparable field as well as professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a complex association or non-profit environment
- High IT and data affinity as well as pronounced analytical skills; you prepare complex contexts and data understandably and derive well-founded recommendations for action
- Independent, structured and responsible working style with a high quality standard
- Networked thinking, strong communication and consulting skills as well as enjoyment in working with diverse stakeholders
- Very good German or French skills (level C1/C2) as well as good knowledge of the other language in spoken and written form
