Your mission at Sonic Suisse
Become part of our dedicated team at the Bioanalytica laboratory and help shape the future of our leading and innovative company in this key role.
Your impact in this role
- Personnel and professional leadership of the Immunology team - including creating duty and deployment schedules, employee discussions and recruitment
- Ensuring smooth laboratory operations
- Active participation in routine diagnostics
- Advising customers on pre-analytical and methodological questions
- Collaboration with academic management in the evaluation of new methods
- Performing administrative tasks and participating in quality management
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience as a Biomedical Analyst HF in immunology or a polyvalent laboratory
- Leadership experience required; project management experience desirable
- High social competence and customer-oriented mindset
- Independent and organised working style, open to new things
- Team spirit, resilience and flexibility
