Trust Officer / Mandate Manager (m/f/d)
Accounting, taxes, personnel administration – are you familiar with these challenges inside out? Our Rocken partner is an established fiduciary and business consultancy that comprehensively supports SMEs in all financial and administrative matters. Long-term customer relationships and tailored solutions are the focus here. The scope of activities covers the entire range: from financial accounting to payroll and annual financial statements, as well as tax and legal issues. Property management and audits are also part of the service spectrum. You will work closely with a wide variety of clients and develop individual strategies. - Trust administration:
- Managing bookkeeping and preparing annual financial statements for clients.
- Processing tax returns and VAT declarations.
- Reviewing financial statements and financial documents.
- Supporting the optimisation of financial processes.
- Direct contact person for fiduciary clients and building long-term relationships.
- Advising on tax and financial matters.
- Budget planning and financial analysis for clients.
- Communication with tax authorities and external auditors.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in fiduciary services or taxation.
- Proven experience in trust administration and bookkeeping is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of tax law and accounting standards.
- Precision and diligence in work.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
- German language skills, both spoken and written.
