As a sales assistant, you are the friendly face that welcomes our customers and embody the heart of our brand. With us, you will have the opportunity to provide our customers with the best service in every respect. From sales conversations to support at the till, in the fitting room and throughout the store, you contribute to improving the shopping experience. Additionally, your responsibilities include processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and presenting the current collection. Your role is crucial in creating inviting experiences for our customers and showcasing the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you accompany our customers on their journey, offering genuine support and proactive service to encourage and inspire them. Together with your team, you create moments that matter. Previous experience in customer service and product knowledge is desirable but not mandatory.

• Customer-oriented; you have a genuine interest in getting to know our customers and providing them with your expertise and a level of service that meets their expectations  

• Proactive; you use your initiative to offer your customers an unforgettable shopping experience

Additional Information

This is a part-time position with 8 hours per week (Saturday). The contract is limited to 6 months.
