Job Description
- Provide quality, courteous, and professional service to all clients (patients, visitors, doctors, and staff)
- Maintain a clean, pleasant, and comfortable environment
- Set up, dress, and clear tables
- Take reservations by phone
- Welcome and seat customers in the restaurant
- Perform service and ensure table follow-up
- Manage billing and cash handling
- Prepare classic cocktails from the menu and also offer daily juice compositions
- Set up seminar rooms during events
- Prepare patient room service and serve food and drinks in rooms
- Ensure high-end service
Qualifications
- You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a hospitality specialist or an equivalent recognized title
- You have experience in high-end hospitality
- You have excellent presentation skills, as well as a sense of contact and teamwork
- Native French speaker with good command of English; Arabic or Russian would be an asset
- Very good knowledge of common computer tools, as well as hygiene rules
- Dynamic, versatile, and autonomous personality
- Sense of hospitality and customer service
- Interest in the medical field
