Job Description

• Provide quality, courteous, and professional service to all clients (patients, visitors, doctors, and staff)
• Maintain a clean, pleasant, and comfortable environment
• Set up, dress, and clear tables
• Take reservations by phone 
• Welcome and seat customers in the restaurant 
• Perform service and ensure table follow-up 
• Manage billing and cash handling 
• Prepare classic cocktails from the menu and also offer daily juice compositions 
• Set up seminar rooms during events 
• Prepare patient room service and serve food and drinks in rooms 
• Ensure high-end service 

Qualifications

• You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a hospitality specialist or an equivalent recognized title 
• You have experience in high-end hospitality 
• You have excellent presentation skills, as well as a sense of contact and teamwork 
• Native French speaker with good command of English; Arabic or Russian would be an asset 
• Very good knowledge of common computer tools, as well as hygiene rules 
• Dynamic, versatile, and autonomous personality 
• Sense of hospitality and customer service 
• Interest in the medical field
