Head of Finance, HR & Administration / CFO (100%)

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for Finance & Accounting including accounts payable and receivable, quarterly and annual financial statements, budgeting and liquidity management.
• Further development of efficient finance, reporting and control processes, the necessary IT systems, as well as internal and external interfaces.
• Professional collaboration with banks, auditors, tax authorities, insurance companies and other external specialists.
• Support of the management and the board of directors with analyses and forward-looking financial control.
• Participation in strategic projects and further professionalisation of the organisation.

Your profile

• Several years of successful experience in a senior finance role, ideally in a medium-sized, industrial or technology-oriented environment.
• Sound knowledge in accounting, controlling, planning and liquidity management.
• Higher education in business administration, finance or a comparable field (FH/university or equivalent further training).
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and hands-on personality with enthusiasm for building and further developing structures and processes.
• Solid experience in corporate governance, collaboration with the board and management.
• Very good German and good English skills.
