This is what you can expect
- In this exciting role, you will accompany our Key Account and Account Managers in sales conversations and take responsibility for providing informed, sustainable advice at eye level for partners, integrators, and end customers, both remotely and on-site.
- You will assess the feasibility of projects, create and validate complex offers, and take responsibility for technical quality as well as the conversion rate, directly influencing project success and revenue.
- You will actively maintain relationships with manufacturers and technology partners, identify market opportunities early, and ensure a smooth project execution through precise data management in our business tools (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Through continuous training, including relevant certifications, you will keep your know-how up to date and actively apply it in customer marketing actions, events, as well as partner and internal training.
- Support in onboarding partner programs, applying a solid understanding of manufacturer tools.
- Close cross-departmental collaboration, combined with high personal responsibility within the defined area of competence, always within the framework of applicable internal guidelines and competencies.
This is what you bring
- A completed basic education in a technical or commercial field with corresponding further training in marketing, sales, or at a higher technical school, as well as a solid qualification in the ICT environment.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in consulting, sales, or project environments, ideally with a focus on Physical Security.
- A robust network in the field of Physical Security as well as solid experience in account or key account management, particularly in customer support and the preparation of complex offers and contracts.
- Proven experience in consulting and implementing end-to-end solutions in the field of Physical Security, as well as a secure handling of IT infrastructures and common business tools like CRM and ERP.
- Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form, good English skills in spoken form; knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Confident appearance, strong communication skills, and analytical thinking ability as a basis for a structured and solution-oriented working style.
- High personal responsibility, teamwork ability, and interest in technology and innovation combined with a willingness to travel of up to 60%.
