What awaits you:

• Management of demanding software development projects in hybrid setups (onsite & shoring)

• Responsibility for the successful implementation of software solutions regarding budget, time, scope and quality

• Close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure well-founded technical decisions

• Translation of business requirements into concrete technical concepts and actionable solutions

• Active involvement in presales as well as presentation of technical solution approaches to clients

• Collaboration with near-/offshore teams in international delivery setups

• Taking on additional roles in smaller projects – for example in business analysis or requirements engineering

What you bring:

• Completed studies in computer science or business informatics (ETH, university, university of applied sciences or college)

• Several years of experience in managing software development projects

• Essential experience in software development or a solid technical background in the software engineering world

• Ability to communicate with developers on equal terms and understand technical contexts

• Experience in agile project methods as well as working with hybrid project teams

• Experience in collaborating with near-/offshore teams is an advantage

• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
