Housing Specialist (80% workload)

These are your tasks:

Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support of clients in everyday life as well as promotion of their development potential
Cooperative key worker role
Close coordination with the team for a common nursing-pedagogical attitude and for shaping everyday life
Active assistance in the residential group household
Maintaining client documentation and active participation in team meetings and interdisciplinary bodies

This is what you bring:

Degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH, care specialist (FaBe) specializing in disability care or equivalent pedagogical training
Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
Observational skills and joy in appreciative support of people
Openness to new solution approaches and reflecting on one’s own actions
Reliability, high resilience, and a balanced personality
