Your Tasks
As the Digitalization and ICT department, we provide comprehensive IT & project services. Our employees are consultants and ambassadors within the clinic and work closely with the business.
To complement our team, we are looking for someone for the strategic planning and monitoring of the IT landscape. You will shape our IT services with practical expertise. Social skills, willingness to learn, and an active contribution to team culture are just as important to us as strong technical skills.
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for defining, implementing, and continuously improving ICT service processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change Management) according to ITIL in a multi-service provider environment
- Definition of guidelines and processes for handling IT services
- Leadership and further development of KPIs and SLAs as well as ensuring service quality
- Analysis and optimization of existing workflows to increase efficiency and automation
- Participation or leadership of projects in the area of service management and process optimization
- Creation and maintenance of process documentation and guidelines
Your Profile
- Training as an ICT specialist EFZ, studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in ICT service management, ideally in healthcare or regulated environments
- Solid knowledge of ITIL (certification is an advantage)
- Independent, analytical, structured, and quality-oriented working style
- Personality that drives topics forward and aligns different stakeholders towards common goals
- High service orientation and social skills as well as the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Clear and precise communication skills in German, both spoken and written, English is an advantage
