impairments, with speech, hearing, or other profound developmental impairments are currently being educated and supported integratively in the regular schools of the canton or separately at three locations in the city of Schaffhausen. In addition to various therapy offerings, we run a school-enhancing area with lunch, daily structure, and boarding. Over 500 employees are engaged in various functions at the SCHAFFHAUSER SPECIAL SCHOOLS.
For the school year 2025/2026, we are looking for a caregiver for the lunch table
as a substitute on an hourly wage (maximum 15 hours, as needed), with the prospect of a permanent position starting December 2025 (25%).
Your main task is to supervise the students of our school area for children and adolescents with intellectual and multiple disabilities during lunch and in the lunch break. For leisure activities, you will offer meaningful activities and supervise the children and
adolescents during this time.
If you have experience in caring for children and adolescents or for adults
with disabilities and can work both as a team player and independently, we look forward to your application.
We expect a clean record and good oral German skills.
Our employment is governed by the cantonal personnel law.
