Team Leader Maintenance Electrical Engineering 100% (m/f/d)

As part of our maintenance and automation team, you ensure the high availability of our modern production facilities for the manufacture of innovative and sustainable fibre cement products.

Main tasks

• Technical and organisational leadership of a team of approx. 10 employees including deployment planning and team development
• Ensuring the availability, safety and performance of the production facilities
• Coordination of maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting
• Support of PLC, automation, drive, measurement and control technology
• Analysis and sustainable resolution of technical faults
• Coordination of internal and external service providers
• Implementation of optimisation and continuous improvement process (CIP) measures
• Ensuring safety standards and technical documentation

Requirements

• Training as an automation technician or electrical installer with appropriate further training and expertise
• Leadership experience
• Several years of experience in industrial electrical engineering and maintenance
• Knowledge in automation and PLC
• Analytical, solution-oriented and independent working style
• High safety and sense of responsibility
• Confident handling of negotiation partners
• Document management systems (DMS) as well as maintenance of relevant KPIs
• KAIZEN / CIP knowledge
