About the job

• Coordinate measures in escalated quality incidents and take the lead to sustainably eliminate risks
• Support specialist teams in the continuous improvement of product, process, and system quality
• Skilled application of quality processes such as 8D reports, error reports, change management, etc.
• Successfully lead and participate in customer and certification audits as internal and external auditor
• Actively contribute to the further development of quality management and ensure the feedback of "Lessons Learned" into the specialist teams

• You have a completed technical degree
• You are experienced in quality management and have proven professional experience in an industrial environment as well as an auditor
• You handle challenges in a structured and pragmatic way and have Six Sigma method knowledge
• You communicate very well in German and English (written and spoken) and are willing to travel occasionally within Europe to support our key customers and suppliers
