Your role – with responsibility and impact
- Independent handling of national and international customer orders
- Coordination of import and export processes including customs and shipping documentation
- Creation and maintenance of price lists as well as invoicing
- Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring smooth goods flow
- Contact person for customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and internal departments
- Administrative support of the trade and sales team
- Participation in the optimisation of processes and workflows
Your profile – competent & structured
- Commercial basic training (EFZ) and professional experience in trade, export or logistics environment
- Sound knowledge in import/export processing as well as customs procedures
- Experience in invoicing, price list management and administration
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Organisational strength, service orientation and hands-on mentality
