About the job

Your tasks include:

• Ensuring individual care and support for our residents
• Managing the care process in a therapeutic environment: daily structure and everyday activities
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the treatment team (doctors, therapists, social services and relatives)
• Electronic documentation of care services (RAI/LOBOS)

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a Health Specialist or equivalent qualification
• Experience in psychosomatic and psychiatric settings is an advantage
• Empathy, appreciation and team spirit
• Assertiveness and communication skills
• Quick comprehension, flexibility, humour and resilience
