Job description

In an international and dynamic environment, you contribute to the success of the OMEGA boutique at Zurich Airport by:

• Welcoming and advising our multicultural clientele with high competence, professionalism, and enthusiasm to create an unforgettable customer experience
• Ensuring flawless presentation of products, shop windows, and sales areas according to brand standards
• Handling the cash register, transactions, and inventory management with care and accuracy
• Paying attention to the organization and cleanliness of the sales rooms, back office, and storage areas
• Sharing important information with the team to optimize service quality and promote a harmonious working atmosphere

Profile

• You have good knowledge of the watch industry, jewelry industry, or the field of high-quality consumer goods
• You have experience in sales or customer consulting and understand the requirements of the industry

Professional requirements

• You are both independent and an excellent team player
• You demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a high willingness to learn
• You communicate openly, learn from your experiences, and feel comfortable interacting with customers
• You have a well-groomed appearance and excellent manners

Languages
