Flying Teachers professionalises language teaching and develops customised learning solutions for private individuals, companies and institutions.
We organise language examinations, train teachers and have been working with partners from business and the public sector for many years. Our goal is clear: to make education accessible and effective.
Your role
You are the central point of contact for our customers and coordinate the organisation of our language courses and examinations. You ensure that processes function in a structured, efficient and reliable manner.
Your tasks
- Advising our private and corporate customers by phone and email in German, English and French
- Organisation and coordination of language courses for private and business customers
- Planning and administrative execution of language examinations (e.g. telc, fide)
- Interface between customers, teachers and internal team
- Independent handling of administrative tasks in daily business
- Coordination with internal departments such as marketing, accounting and quality assurance
- Participation in organisational projects
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Very good German, English and French skills (at least C1), Italian an advantage
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- High resilience and ability to keep an overview even under high pressure
- Strong organisational talent and enjoyment of coordination
- Service-oriented and communicative personality
- Team player, flexible and quick to grasp new concepts
