Your Tasks
- Organisation and execution of patient admission including all activities of admission and patient management
- Preparation of medical documents and ideally typing from phonodictation
- Preparation, creation and completion of medical reports, discharge letters and other medical documentation
- Proper file management as well as administrative support of admissions, transfers and discharges
- Taking on general office, administrative and secretarial tasks in everyday clinical life
- Support and representation in the chief physician's office, ward secretariat and medical archive during holiday and sick leave periods
- Ensuring professional cooperation with the medical and nursing departments
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as a legal assistant, office management clerk, medical assistant, dental assistant, healthcare management clerk or a comparable qualification
- Structured and independent working style with high diligence and organisational talent
- Willingness to cooperate in an interdisciplinary working environment
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications
- Ideally knowledge of SAP or comparable administrative and ERP systems
- Service-oriented demeanour as well as a professional approach to patients, employees and external contacts
