To complete its team, the Services, Support and Help Desk Division (DSSH) of the Computer Center (Ci) is looking for an IT services coordinator.

Workplace: Lausanne UNIL Campus - Amphimax Building
Your activities
In your activities, you will be led to:
- Ensure deployment, maintenance, and level 3 support for managed services, with a focus on internal mastery of key technologies.
- Manage the multifunction printer fleet (~200) and develop the centralized PrintUNIL printing service.
- Be in contact with business partners and suppliers to develop and provide modern, reliable, and efficient services.
- Explore new technologies to improve existing services, propose new services or internal tools.
Your profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following technical qualities:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or in a field considered equivalent or equivalent professional experience, supplemented by training.
- Very good knowledge of system administration (Linux, Windows, macOS)
- Good knowledge of centralized printing solutions administration (ideally uniFLOW)
- Good knowledge of one or more programming and scripting languages (C#, PowerShell, SQL, bash ...)
- Database knowledge
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
As well as the following skills:
- Experience in IT service, ideally in an academic context.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) and technical English (written and spoken).
- Ability to communicate with users
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Flexibility and versatility
- Planning and organizational skills
