ICT Specialist EFZ
Would you like to apply your ICT know-how in a varied environment and support our employees in their daily work? Then you are exactly right with us! As an ICT specialist, you will ensure smooth operation of the workplace and client infrastructure together with our team and actively contribute to the further development of our ICT services.
Your future main tasks:
- Supporting our employees in 1st and 2nd level support to ensure technical challenges are resolved quickly and professionally
- Providing and managing modern workplaces so that our employees can work productively at all times
- Carrying out maintenance and update work to ensure the availability and security of our ICT systems
- Participating in rollouts, ICT projects and process improvements to continuously develop our ICT landscape
Your ideal qualifications:
- Completed basic training as an ICT specialist EFZ
- Initial practical experience in ICT support (1st and 2nd level support)
- Confident handling of Windows client and server systems and enthusiasm for technical challenges
- Very good German skills and a precise, customer-oriented working style
