Sanitary Installer EFZ for Service and Repair Management
Tasks
- Independent service and repair work for private and business customers
- Recording, assessing and executing service orders
- Identifying additional repair and renovation needs
- Preparing quotations and cost estimates
- Customer advice and active selling of suitable solutions
- Planning and coordinating your own assignments as well as those of a second service technician
- Technical support and coordination of the service technician
- Digital reporting via tablet including material and time recording
- Independent invoicing and monitoring of service orders
- Close cooperation with management and internal service
Requirements
- Completed training as a Sanitary Installer EFZ
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in service
- Good technical knowledge in sanitation and heating
- Experience in fault finding, repair and troubleshooting
- Customer-oriented, confident and friendly manner
- Good communication and advisory skills as well as sales flair
- Good PC user skills
