Grün Schaffhausen creates space for people, animals and plants. With our departments for Planning, Urban Green, Forest and Landscape, we design, protect and maintain the city and its green spaces. We coordinate the diverse interests and implement projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from planning through construction to maintenance.

Landscape Architect

In this exciting role

• you will develop and realise high-quality and diverse green and open spaces at various scales together with the team, external specialist planners and the public.
• you will accompany exciting projects from strategic planning and competitions through design, approval, realisation and handover, communicating these convincingly to politicians, administration, experts and the public.
• you will support private and public construction projects and represent the interests of Grün Schaffhausen in competitions, test planning and neighbourhood planning.
• you will develop concepts and foundations for a climate-resilient and biodiverse city, combining design, ecology and climate adaptation with resource-efficient and long-term functioning solutions.

You will be successful here

• with your completed studies in landscape architecture or a comparable qualification and your several years of professional experience.
• thanks to your experience in project management across all planning phases.
• because you enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and can convey technical content clearly and convincingly to different stakeholders.
• through your confident manner as well as your structured and solution-oriented working style.
• because digital tools are more a playground than stumbling blocks for you and you are well versed in digital planning and communication instruments.
