Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF 50-100% (half working days possible)

Your Tasks

You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care with our clients
You will advise and accompany our clients and their relatives
You will conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client's location
Spitex case management and active participation in the expansion of our internal Spitex services
You will create care documentation and individual care planning

What You Bring

Training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist
Several years of professional experience in long-term care or the Spitex sector is an advantage
You are resilient, flexible, and accustomed to working independently
