Your tasks You
- are responsible for 1st and 2nd level support.
- answer and resolve incoming IT requests on site, by phone, email or ticket system.
- record fault reports and solutions in the ticket system.
- install and configure computer hardware and software, printers and scanners.
- support users with hardware and software problems.
Your profile You
- have completed training, ideally as an ICT specialist.
- are a customer- and service-oriented person who values quality and enjoys working independently and solution-oriented.
- are determined, show initiative and willingness to cooperate. In addition, you have good communication skills.
- have good written and spoken German skills. French skills at least at A2 level.
