The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new retirement apartments.

For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a professionally competent, reliable and committed personality as Health & Social Assistance / SRK Nursing Assistant (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Health & Social Assistance / SRK Nursing Assistant (m/f/d), Gerontopsychiatry, 40 - 100 %

This is how you support us:

• You create a structured, appreciative daily routine for our residents with gerontopsychiatric illnesses
• You carry out planned care and support tasks according to individual needs and biographies
• You perform simple nursing measures in compliance with hygiene guidelines
• You carefully maintain the nursing documentation within your area of competence
• You pass on important observations to the nursing staff
• You independently and reliably carry out household tasks

This is how you convince us:

• You have completed training as Health & Social Assistance EBA, SRK Nursing Assistant or an equivalent recognised qualification
• You bring experience in long-term care or psychiatric nursing
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You enjoy working with older people with mental health challenges
• You impress with humour, warmth and common sense
