• Overall responsibility for the management, organisation and further development of production and logistics
• Technical and personnel management of the subordinate employees
• Ensuring production targets, key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as quality and safety standards
• Planning, control and monitoring of production capacities, manufacturing deadlines and utilisation
• Continuous optimisation and standardisation of production processes according to lean production principles
• Introduction and further development of efficient workflows and production methods
• Implementation of improvement measures using KVP, 5S and shopfloor management
• Ensuring compliance with all quality requirements and handling deviations
• Responsibility for the procurement and disposition of production and storage materials
• Coordination of order-related raw material orders and ensuring material availability
• Organisation and monitoring of transport orders and customer deliveries
• Planning and coordination of machine maintenance as well as management of the annual inventory
• Maintenance and administration of master data in the window software system 3E LOOK
• Further development of existing window systems and manufacturing processes
• Responsibility for the production budget as well as compliance with cost and economic efficiency targets
• Participation in the annual budget and investment planning
• Preparation of investment proposals for new production facilities and operating resources
• Support of project management in operational day-to-day business
• Close cooperation with management and support in strategic and operational purchasing decisions
• Ensuring compliance with all occupational safety regulations

• Completed technical basic training as a carpenter EFZ, metalworker EFZ or in a comparable field
• Further training as a production specialist and ideally additional qualification in lean management
• Several years of professional experience in industrial production, preferably in window or building component manufacturing
• Proven leadership experience in a production company with at least 20 employees
• Sound knowledge in production planning, manufacturing control, logistics and materials management
• Experience in continuous process optimisation as well as knowledge of lean production, 5S and shopfloor management
• Good knowledge of project management and business processes
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office, Windows and ERP systems)
• Good CAD skills, for example AutoCAD, Vectorworks or ZWCAD
• Experience with the window software 3E LOOK or comparable systems
• Knowledge of the relevant SIA standards 118/331
• Strong technical understanding as well as entrepreneurial and networked thinking
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Strong leadership, communicative and assertive personality with high social competence
