Main tasks
- You look after our beverage, snack, and hot drink stations in the BLS passenger trains.
- You are committed to the needs of customers and engage with our guests in a friendly and articulate manner.
- You ensure the consumer-oriented cleaning and restocking service of our break zones.
- You take over holiday cover for all railway vending machine attendants.
- You carry out cash register reconciliations.
- You comply with hygiene regulations.
- You independently order and manage the required goods.
- You can resolve minor malfunctions yourself.
Training
- Training in hospitality or retail (food sector) is an advantage.
Profile
- You are flexible, resilient, and remain calm and composed even in hectic situations.
- You have a confident command of the German language, both spoken and written.
- Good manners, a neat appearance, and a positive attitude to life are natural for you.
- Physical health is a given for you.
