Residential Specialist for our External Residential Group (80% workload)
These are your tasks:
- Accompanying our clients in everyday life: getting up, household, learning, leisure activities
- Being a reference person for the clients and documenting their progress
- Actively shaping everyday life in the team, including case discussions and supervision
- Participating in the residential group household and supporting all daily activities
- Maintaining client documentation
This is what you bring:
- Qualification as a care specialist (FaBe) specializing in disability care or health specialist (FaGe)
- Professional experience in accompanying and promoting people
- Careful observation, recognizing progress, and accompanying people with appreciation
- Openness to new solutions and reflecting on one’s own actions
- Joy in using supported communication and consistently promoting participation-oriented support
