Main Tasks

• You will look after our beverage, snack, and hot drink stations on BLS passenger trains.
• You engage with customers’ needs and interact with our guests in a friendly and articulate manner.
• You ensure consumer-oriented cleaning and restocking service of our break zones.
• You cover holiday replacements for all railway vending machine attendants.
• You carry out cash register reconciliations.
• You comply with hygiene regulations.
• You independently order and manage the required goods.
• You can resolve minor malfunctions yourself.

Training

• Training in hospitality or retail (food sector) is an advantage

Profile

• You are flexible, resilient, and remain calm and composed even in hectic situations.
• You have a confident command of the German language, both spoken and written.
• Good manners, a neat appearance, and a positive attitude to life are natural to you.
• Physical health is a given for you.
