• Taking customer orders and online sales
• Contacting potential customers and selling fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen products as well as various
colonial goods
• Ensuring telephone service and customer advice
• Handling complex operations combining customer service, sales, or telemarketing.

• Successful experience in a similar position (tele-sales with a professional clientele in the hotel and restaurant industry)
• Responsible, dynamic and responsive, with knowledge of the "fruits & vegetables" sector as well as food products in general
• Excellent knowledge of computer tools and fast typing
• Good stress resistance, flexible and with a sense of priorities
• Very comfortable with telephone contacts and communication

• Willing to work morning, evening, and rotating shifts.
