Your challenge

• Responsibility for the general ledger as well as reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers (accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and inventory)
• Support and professional guidance of those responsible in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Preparation and commentary of monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Participation in the preparation of the annual financial statements and collaboration with the audit office
• Preparation of VAT returns and tax declarations
• Co-responsibility for cash management and liquidity monitoring
• Participation in budgeting, forecasting and liquidity planning
• Further development of the internal control system (ICS) together with controlling
• Participation in finance and ERP projects as well as support in optimising and digitalising processes
• Support in the training of our commercial apprentices

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g. financial and accounting specialist certificate or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a manufacturing company or in auditing
• Sound experience in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel as well as experience with ERP systems
• Affinity for digitalisation, process optimisation and system-supported financial processes
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• High service orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with various departments
• Very good German and good English skills
