Facility Manager: Cleaning 100%- You are the central contact person for our customers and ensure professional support.
- You lead, supervise and develop a team of employees in maintenance cleaning.
- You plan deployments and holidays, check and record working hours.
- You consistently implement company guidelines in the areas of quality assurance, occupational safety and health protection.
- You organise and optimise service processes in your facilities.
- Professional experience in a comparable position as well as pronounced customer orientation.
- Training and further education in the cleaning industry.
- You are a resilient, responsible and balanced personality with leadership experience in cleaning.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills (English) are an advantage.
- Confident handling of MS Office.
- Independent and structured way of working with pronounced planning and organisational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability characterise you.
- Driving licence available (company car provided).
