Sales Support Representative (m/f/d) / 80-100% 

What to expect with us:

• Proactive support of international customers

• Creating quotes and order confirmations

• Monitoring customer orders for timely deliveries

• Preparing delivery documents for domestic and export shipments

• Invoice creation and data maintenance in CRM

• Interface between sales support, production planning, shipping, and accounting

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) and further education in the export sector

• Experience in sales support and export

• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form

• Microsoft Office and CRM knowledge

• Interest in technology in the watch and medical field

• Independent, structured, and clean working style

• Outgoing, conscientious, team-oriented, and resilient

If you have this, it's a plus:

• SAP experience

• Language talent :-)
