The Lanzeln Retirement Home is a modern facility of the municipality of Stäfa and has been awarded the "Quality in Palliative Care" label. Centrally located and in close proximity to the lake and train station, we offer a pleasant home to 136 residents. With around 200 employees, we provide a comprehensive and professional range of services.
To complement our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a
Receptionist 40-60%
Your tasks
- Contact person at reception and telephone switchboard
- Communication and correspondence internally and externally
- Assistance and support in organising events
- Carrying out organisational as well as administrative tasks and supporting our resident administration
- Managing the petty cash
Your profile
- Commercial basic training
- Experience at reception in the service sector
- Confident German language skills
- Very good IT user skills
- Organisational flair and a networked way of thinking
- Team-oriented personality with high social competence
- Very good manners and a well-groomed appearance
