To complement our well-established and motivated team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement at our headquarters in Urdorf near Zurich for a proactive, independent, and motivated Java Lead Developer (m/f/d).

Job Description

• Technical leadership and coordination within the development team
• Architecture decisions as well as review and further development of existing system landscapes
• Full-stack development in Java-based software projects (frontend/backend)
• Consulting customers regarding technical solution approaches and project procedures
• Ensuring high-quality implementation in frontend and backend
• Close collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders
• Application and promotion of agile methods (Scrum)
• Promotion of best practices, clean code, and DevOps culture
• Ensuring high quality and security standards
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and specialist departments on the client side

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Java development (Spring, JPA, REST, etc.)
• Strong frontend skills with frameworks such as Angular and Bootstrap
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex applications in a full-stack environment
• Confident appearance in customer contact with high communication and consulting skills
• Agile methodology: solid knowledge of Scrum, ideally certified (e.g., PSM I / CSM)
• Strong social skills – team player who puts the WE in the foreground
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good level of English

Residence in Switzerland – Greater Bern area preferred
