• On-site construction management: Supervision of all work on the construction site according to plans and contracts
• Scheduling: Creation and ongoing monitoring of the construction schedule and interim deadlines
• Cost estimation: Preparation of detailed specifications according to the Swiss standard position catalogue (NPK)
• Cost control: Monitoring the budget, checking invoices and managing the construction accounting
• Tendering: Obtaining, comparing and negotiating craftsman and contractor offers
• Quality assurance: Ongoing monitoring of construction execution to avoid defects
• Interface coordination: Coordination between architects, specialist planners, contractors and authorities on site
• Defect management: Systematic recording of defects during construction acceptance and monitoring of their rectification
• Occupational safety: Enforcement of SUVA regulations and safety measures on the construction site
• Warranty management: Support of the construction project during the initial phase after handover

• Basic training: Completed vocational training in construction, ideally as a mason with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ), building draughtsman EFZ or comparable
• Further education: Federal diploma as a certified construction manager building construction (HFP) or close to completion
• Professional experience: Several years of practice in on-site construction management and site organisation of Swiss building construction projects
• Knowledge of standards and NPK: Profound knowledge of Swiss construction law and common SIA standards (especially SIA 118) as well as proficient handling of the standard position catalogue (NPK) for cost estimation and work preparation
• Software skills: Confident use of Swiss construction administration software (e.g. Messerli, Delta Project) and MS Project
• Leadership skills: Assertiveness and skill in leading and coordinating craftsmen and subcontractors
• Communication: Negotiation-level German skills as well as clear, solution-oriented communication with planners and clients
• Working method: High quality and cost awareness with a structured, independent and resilient working style
• Willingness for occasional on-call duty
