- On-site construction management: Supervision of all work on the construction site according to plans and contracts
- Scheduling: Creation and ongoing monitoring of the construction schedule and interim deadlines
- Cost estimation: Preparation of detailed specifications according to the Swiss standard position catalogue (NPK)
- Cost control: Monitoring the budget, checking invoices and managing the construction accounting
- Tendering: Obtaining, comparing and negotiating craftsman and contractor offers
- Quality assurance: Ongoing monitoring of construction execution to avoid defects
- Interface coordination: Coordination between architects, specialist planners, contractors and authorities on site

- Knowledge of standards and NPK: Profound knowledge of Swiss construction law and common SIA standards (especially SIA 118) as well as proficient handling of the standard position catalogue (NPK) for cost estimation and work preparation
- Software skills: Confident use of Swiss construction administration software (e.g. Messerli, Delta Project) and MS Project
- Leadership skills: Assertiveness and skill in leading and coordinating craftsmen and subcontractors
- Communication: Negotiation-level German skills as well as clear, solution-oriented communication with planners and clients
- Working method: High quality and cost awareness with a structured, independent and resilient working style
- Willingness for occasional on-call duty
