To strengthen our securities team at the head office in Schwyz, we are looking for a committed and knowledgeable individual who takes responsibility, contributes their expertise and actively shapes our processes.

Securities Specialist

Your responsibilities with us:

You ensure the correct, efficient and timely processing of our securities transactions and take on a variety of tasks in securities administration:

• Corporate Actions: You process capital measures and ensure their correct and timely handling.
• Taxes: You assist in the preparation of tax statements and reports as well as in withholding tax reclaim procedures.
• Master Data: You open, modify and maintain securities master data (valoren).
• Custody Management: You support the administration and reconciliation of physical securities and precious metals.
• Settlement: You settle domestic and foreign securities transactions including derivative positions on the value date reliably.
• Deliveries: You process deliveries and receipts of securities (Free of Payment, FoP).
• Collaboration: You coordinate with internal departments and external counterparties to ensure smooth information flow.
• Further Development: You take an active role in projects and contribute your ideas to continuously optimise our processes.

With us, you take responsibility in day-to-day business and actively shape the further development of our securities administration.

Your profile:

• You have completed a banking qualification or possess a comparable qualification.
• You bring at least five years of professional experience in securities administration, ideally with solid knowledge in corporate actions, taxes and valoren master data.
• You have good knowledge of project and change management topics.

• You work independently, precisely and in a structured manner and demonstrate a high level of quality and responsibility awareness.
• You think proactively, recognise optimisation potential and like to contribute actively.
• You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills.
• You are already well acquainted with Finnova and can apply this knowledge purposefully.
