These exciting and interesting tasks await you:
- Technical and organisational preparation of plant construction projects and production orders
- Checking drawings, parts lists and technical documentation
- Creation and maintenance of work plans, production documents and parts lists
- Planning and coordination of required materials, components and resources
- Determination of material requirements and triggering or coordinating orders
- Coordination of production and assembly processes with design, purchasing, production and project management
- Scheduling and monitoring of order processing
- Technical clarifications with internal specialist departments
- Accompanying changes during the project and production phase
- Ensuring that production and assembly documents are complete and up to date
- Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
- Identifying and early communication of technical, scheduling or material-related problems
These qualities characterise you:
- Completed technical vocational training, preferably in the field of plant and apparatus construction, mechanical engineering, metal construction, polymechanics or comparable
- Further training in AVOR, process specialist, technical clerk or comparable is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in work preparation, production planning or production scheduling
- Experience in plant construction or in mechanical and apparatus engineering is an advantage
- Knowledge of material certificates
- Confident handling of technical drawings, parts lists and 3D CAD documents
- Experience with ERP systems and MS Office (Infor LN 10.x is an advantage)
- Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes
- Experience in scheduling and resource planning
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- English language skills are an advantage
