Where you will excel

• You act as the central contact person for new and existing customers in the field of architecture and construction from start to finish and continuously advise them on software, training and services
• You identify the needs of our customers and develop corresponding up- and cross-selling offers
• You independently present solutions to the customer or in collaboration with someone from the technical team
• Furthermore, you support your team during bottlenecks and enjoy working with colleagues from sales, technical, marketing and IT departments

What sets you apart

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
• Experience in active sales, preferably of capital goods in the IT and software sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Team player with a hands-on mentality and high self-motivation as well as very good German and good English skills
• Proficient in MS Office / Windows and ideally good ERP knowledge or experience with sales support systems
