• As a certified nursing specialist, you ensure residents receive trustworthy and professional care and support during the night shift
• During the night, you provide attentive and needs-oriented care and coordinate the tasks of the small night team appropriately
• You immediately recognize emergency situations and handle them skillfully
• With your patient and warm-hearted manner, you convey security and comfort to the residents
• You ensure the flow of information to the residents, their relatives, and the nursing team
• You independently and thoroughly maintain the electronic nursing documentation

• Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF or equivalent recognition
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care and experience in night shifts
• You are resilient, flexible, and accustomed to working independently
